Everyone starts with our 2-Week trial for just $69!

For a monthly membership, most people can expect to pay around $219 per month. Memberships are all inclusive; we do not charge belt testing fees and we do not do upgrades.

We would be happy to go over the different options in more detail over the phone or in person.

Four years old. If you have a younger child who is interested, contact us and we can add them to our waitlist.

We continue payments during a hold to keep a student's spot held in their class, since each class has a cap in attendance. After a student returns from a hold, payments pause on their membership for a time equal to the hold's length, like a reimbursement.

We also offer one free 60-minute personal training for students returning from a hold to help get them caught up on anything they might have missed!

We do not, but we have special offers on our 2-week intro course!

Yes! We have chairs, tables, and WIFI in our viewing area.

Masks are preferred, but not required in the building. If you are sick, we ask that you stay home for at least 5 days per CDC guidelines .

We do not currently require vaccinations.

One With Heart is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all students, staff, and visitors. We ask that students stay home if symptoms of illness arise, and we may strongly recommend our student body wear masks in times of high community spread of illnesses.

We provide hand sanitizer and masks, and maintain regular cleaning procedures throughout the school. Thank you for respecting our community and keeping it a safe and healthy environment for all.

Wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in; we recommend a t-shirt and long pants (not jeans).

Remember to bring a water bottle!

Intro courses are refundable up to 2-weeks before starting and reschedules are permitted for emergencies and illness. Intros are non-refundable after rescheduling.
