Unlock your child's imagination at One With Heart's summer camps. Each camper will learn martial arts in a fun, safe environment with skilled instructors. Our camps are packed with adventure, imagination, and a healthy dose of martial arts training.
Each 5-day camp is at Woodstock Park from 8 am to 3 pm and combines large and small group activities to let campers build their social and teamwork skills. But it's not all martial arts training - campers have opportunities to let their creative sides shine with arts and crafts or improve their athleticism with sports like basketball. And when it’s hot outside, campers can cool down with games like Water Balloon Bonanza!
Best of all, all campers get to come together at the end of each week to show off their martial arts skills and complete a quest to earn a reward!

One With Heart has been teaching kids classes since 1984. All of our talented, attentive instructors are selected for their teaching skills and their ability to connect with kids. These instructors have all passed background checks and have been training at One With Heart for years.
FOUR ANIMAL ADVENTURE CAMP
Monkeys and Tigers and Cranes and Snakes - OH MY! These four animals are the inspiration for many moves in Pukulan training, and this 5-day camp gives your child the opportunity to discover their inner animal. They'll learn to strike like a snake, kick like a crane, pounce like a tiger, and punch like a monkey! Once they discover how each animal plays, campers will complete a quest to earn their animal patch. Which animal will inspire your child?

SWASHBUCKLER’S STICKS AND SWORDS CAMP
Ahoy, me hearties! One With Heart's Swashbuckler's Sticks and Swords Camp is a thrilling way for your child to safely learn the art of sword fighting using ratan sticks. Over 5 days, each camper will play games like Fire Keeper, complete challenges, and learn basic machete strikes. Not only will they practice fun striking patterns and fighting basics as a team, but they'll even get to decorate their own sticks to keep at home! NINJA WARRIOR OBSTACLE COURSE CAMP
Dodge, duck, dip, dive, and deflect your way past obstacles using your ninja skills in this 5-day camp! Campers will master moves like punching and kicking and play games to test their balance, speed, and strength to help them become a ninja warrior. STAFF WIELDER’S QUEST CAMP
Over 5 days, your child will learn the power of the double sticks and the benefits of using a staff as an extension of their body. They'll strike! They'll parry! They'll balance bean bags! Through a series of challenges and games, each camper will gain stick and staff skills, build their strength, and express their creativity by decorating their very own sticks. DEFENDERS OF THE REALM SHIELD CAMP
The martial art of Pukulan isn't all punching and kicking or swinging a sword - one of the best ways to find your Pukulan animal is to learn the ways of the powerful shield! With inspiration from the strong tiger, fast crane, flowing snake, and tricky monkey, each camper will learn to defend and strike with the power of a shield in this 5-day adventure. MONKEY ADVENTURE CAMP
One of the four animals at the heart of Pukulan is the mighty monkey! This 5-day camp balances fun games with monkey-style martial arts training, using tricky monkey moves to get past an array of obstacles and mighty ape moves to break boards. Campers will learn moves like monkey hops and monkey knee smash, decorate their own Pukulan gloves, and play games like Monkey King to test their agility.
